Your first sprint
Two weeks, week by week.

Week 1: Clarify
We work with your leadership team to pin down goals, priorities and the decisions that keep getting delayed. By the end of the week, you'll see the options taking shape.

Week 2: Plan
We test the options against your capacity and dependencies, then shape them into a plan. The sprint ends with a playback, where you receive:
- A goals and priorities summary
- Decision options, with trade-offs stated plainly
- A prioritised roadmap
- An action plan with owners and timing
- A risks and dependencies list

If you need a second sprint
We take the roadmap further, such as detailed planning for the first priority or support with early decisions. We agree it with you before it starts.

Business Roadmap Sprint
Price and duration
Typically $10,000 to $20,000 + GST. Most roadmaps take one or two two-week sprints to shape. You pay only for the days worked, with no overheads or extras. We agree an estimate before anything starts, and if more time is needed, we agree it with you first.
What's not included
Implementation and ongoing project management.
If you decide to proceed
Those are scoped separately once the plan is set, at $1,000 per day + GST, or as a fixed scope.
