After 10+ years inside loyalty and customer data programs, I've seen the same pattern: the technology usually works. What slips are the details nobody pinned down early enough.
If any of these ring true, a review now costs far less than a fix later.
This review is built for Heads of Loyalty, CRM, Customer Data, Marketing Technology and Program Directors at retailers and consumer brands running programs like:
It fits two moments:
You're about to select a vendor, sign a SOW or kick off build, and want confidence that requirements, data and integrations hold up.
The program is underway, but delays, rework or stakeholder friction are building, and you need to know what's really going on.
How it works
I interview the people who matter: marketing, data, technology, operations and your vendor.
I map the customer data flows, processes and integrations your program depends on.
I test all of it against your target state and business case, surfacing requirements gaps, data quality issues and hidden dependencies.
You get a leadership readout with a firm call: proceed, proceed with conditions, or pause and fix first.
What you get

10 to 15 pages, written for decision-makers. No 60-page decks.
Owners, severity and next actions, in a spreadsheet your team can keep managing.
A walkthrough of the findings, with time for your questions.
What it isn't: not an implementation, not a vendor selection, and not an open-ended engagement. It's a bounded review with a firm answer at the end.

Not usually. Most of the review runs through interviews, documentation and walkthroughs. Any access is agreed with you up front.
No. It runs alongside your program and asks for a few hours of your team's time across two weeks.
Yes. Including the vendor usually gives the most accurate picture, and the review stays independent.
That's up to you. Many teams simply act on the findings. If you'd like ongoing BA support, we can talk about it then, with no obligation.
