We test each opportunity against your data, tools and dependencies, and rank what's realistic. The sprint ends with a playback, where you receive:

Automation & AI Planning Sprint
Price and duration
$10,000 + GST for the planning sprint. Every automation opportunity is different, so we start by understanding what's genuinely worth automating. Anything after that is quoted on what we find. You pay only for the days worked, with no overheads or extras.
What's not included
Tool selection, implementation and a guarantee of automation or AI results.
If you decide to proceed
Implementation is scoped separately once readiness is confirmed, at $1,000 per day + GST, or as a fixed scope.
