Your first sprint
Two weeks, week by week.

Week 1: Understand
We interview your stakeholders and walk through the process with the people who actually do the work. By the end of the week, you'll hear our early observations.

Week 2: Define
We run requirements workshops and compare where you are with where you want to be. The sprint ends with a playback, where you receive:
- A clear problem statement and scope
- Current-state process maps, with gaps and handoffs marked
- Documented requirements, ready for a delivery team or vendor
- A prioritised list of next steps

If you need a second sprint
We go deeper on what the first sprint uncovered, such as future-state design or detailed requirements. We agree it with you before it starts.

BA Discovery Sprint
Price and duration
Typically $10,000 to $20,000 + GST. Work runs in two-week sprints, and most meaningful analysis takes one or two. You pay only for the days worked, with no overheads or extras. We agree an estimate before anything starts, and if more time is needed, we agree it with you first.

Implementation, tool setup and ongoing project management.
If you decide to proceed
Those are scoped separately once the problem and next step are clear, at $1,000 per day + GST, or as a fixed scope.
